The purpose is showcase succesful local businesses and demonstrate to the public how important entrepreneurship and new establishments are for further development and growth in society. We also wish to celebrate the courage and entrepreneurial mindset of the nominees.

CRITERIAS FOR THE ICE AWARDS

The company must be registered in Sør-Varanger
-
The company must have at least one year of operation, and can’t be older than five years as of August 2022

The company must be a private company and be able to refer to established revenue
-
The company must have the potential for increased value creation and more jobs
-
The entrepreneurs must emerge as good role models who contribute to more people realizing their business ideas
-
The entrepreneurs must help to promote Sør-Varanger as a great place to live and run a business
